Our Memory Care unit houses eight fully equipped apartments, each of which includes a kitchenette and wheelchair-accessible bathroom.
Our convenient café is open 24/7 to offer our residents homemade goodies, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Our refrigerators are also stocked with sandwiches, juices, yogurt, ice cream, and more.
Our weekly outings are always different, whether we’re shopping in town, dining at restaurants, or winning big on our next casino trip.
Other Amenities we offer
Our team holds cooking club with residents once a week to whip up every tasty treat under the sun, from eye-popping desserts to mouthwatering entrées (which we then devour).
Our garden patio consists of raised garden beds that were built by a local Boy Scout troop. Our residents take great pride in growing vegetables and flowers that can be admired and enjoyed by all.

She collaborates with families, doctors, and residents themselves to improve their satisfaction and maintain a safe environment; she hires and trains staff, assesses new residents, and reviews charts. Shortly after graduating from Jameson Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, Sharon fell in love with healthcare, working with various physicians as a medical assistant. It was during that time that she decided to become an RN. When she’s not at Elmwood, Sharon enjoys spending time with her family, listening to live music, and watching movies.
