Our Staff

Joey holds a BS in accounting from West Liberty University and has worked for us ever since graduating in 2018. His interest in long-term healthcare began much earlier. His father, Joseph Cilone, is president of Inspira Health Group and has worked in the industry Joey’s whole life, which sparked his interest in caring for seniors at an early age. When he’s not at work, you can find Joey on a golf course or hanging out with his wife Jocelyn and daughter Paulina.

Dr. Volino spends most of his free time with his family, and he enjoys watching sports, especially football. He is also a big fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Marvel movies.

Sharon Wilson
RN, Clinical Director
Sharon Wilson, RN, is our Clinical Director at Elmwood. She is responsible for managing all aspects of assisted living policy and procedures, ensuring our facilities remain in compliance with Ohio laws and regulations. Her duties vary widely. She collaborates with families, doctors, and residents themselves to improve their satisfaction and maintain a safe environment; she hires and trains staff, assesses new residents, and reviews charts. Shortly after graduating from Jameson Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, Sharon fell in love with healthcare, working with various physicians as a medical assistant. It was during that time that she decided to become an RN. When she’s not at Elmwood, Sharon enjoys spending time with her family, listening to live music, and watching movies.
